If you’re traveling from out of town, you’ll likely arrive at O’Hare International Airport (ORD), which is the closest airport to our wedding venue. From there, you have a few options to get to Chez Hotel in Arlington Heights:
Uber / Lyft
The easiest and quickest option is to take a rideshare directly from O’Hare to the hotel. Simply follow the signs for “Rideshare” at the airport, request a ride through Uber or Lyft, and you’ll be at Chez Hotel in about 20–30 minutes, depending on traffic.
Hotel Shuttle
Chez Hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service from O’Hare for guests staying at the hotel. Contact the hotel in advance to arrange a pickup.
Getting Around Chicago

The CTA Blue Line (O’Hare to Downtown Chicago)
For just $5, you can take the CTA Blue Line train from O’Hare to downtown Chicago. The Blue Line runs 24/7, and the ride to the city takes about 45 minutes. If you’re planning to explore before heading to Arlington Heights, this is a great option.
Taking the Train to Arlington Heights
If you’re exploring in the city and need to get to the wedding, the Metra is the best way to travel.
Metra Union Pacific Northwest (UP-NW) Line
The Metra UP-NW line runs from Chicago’s Ogilvie Transportation Center to Arlington Heights and Mount Prospect, both of which are close to Chez Hotel.
- Mount Prospect Station (Closest to the hotel) – ~5-minute drive from Chez Hotel
- Arlington Heights Station – ~7-minute drive from Chez Hotel
You can grab an Uber from the station, and you’ll be at the venue in no time! The train ride from downtown takes about 45 minutes.
